


Yoga for Health, Strength & Balance: Monday mornings 10 – 11:15am, livestream via Zoom.
This sequence focuses on building strength and balance – both essential for our health and wellbeing. Each class will explore how deepening the breath helps us build resilience, and concludes with a relaxing guided meditation to welcome a space for Deep Rest.
Yoga Fridays, for all ages and levels: Commencing on 25th April 5.45pm – 6.45pm at The Senhouse Centre Whitehaven, upstairs Hall, CA28 7ES. Movement to foster balance, strength and ease, breath work, meditation and relaxation; all are welcome.
