Classes and Events


Yoga for Life: Mondays from 11th January 10.00-11.30am we begin a new five week block. Suitable for students with some experience, this class offers you an opportunity to begin your week with some self-care. With Mindful breath led movement we will focus upon creating stability, strength and resilience. Each class will conclude with a relaxing guided meditation to welcome a space for Deep Rest.

Chair based Yoga: Tuesdays 11.00-11.55pm. This class requires minimal props so you will need a chair with a straight back such as a kitchen chair, a tie, belt or yoga strap and some wall space. It is suitable for All and offers varying levels of effort. Inviting movement in all of the joints, some strength work for the muscles and stretching out those tight areas; an enjoyable session where you can work at your own level.

Simply relax: Tuesdays 12.15pm – 12.30pm. A short yet refreshing guided relaxation practice which is offered freely to invite deep rest and a sense of spaciousness in the midst of the day. Soothing ad restorative. Contact me to book and to receive your zoom link to join.

Mindfulness Based Living Course: An 8-week course held on zoom beginning in April, date TBC. The course is free to those who meet the criteria, or who are referred via their Social Prescribing Link Worker or Health Coach. Please contact me if you would like more information.

Yoga Nidra meditation: Mondays 6.00pm- 6.30pm. Log in to chill out with a live guided practice of Yoga Nidra. Find your home ground of ease and wellbeing as you transition into the evening.

Yoga4Health: a 10 week programme created by Yoga in Healthcare Alliance as a Social prescribing method Support your health and wellbeing with Breathing practices, yoga postures, meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners of yoga, all posture work can be done from either a mat base or a chair. I am now taking names for the next class, Date and Time TBC, please contact me for more information or to register your interest.
